Behavioural interview questions and answer


Below are basic behavioral interview questions from many interviews

Every question should answer by yourself from bottom of your heart but sometimes we don't know where to start and where to end so that my self i am writing below answers. 
Everyone has their own answers based on their experience, I am sharing this for just reference purpose

1)Tell me littlebit about yourself?
 
I am Gummadidala Shiva , I have 7 years experience, Now I am working as a senior developer , tell something about technical stack of current pronect , If still  interested explain more about old projects

2)What are your biggest strengths?

Mine is always hardwork 

3)Out of all candidates why should we hire you?

Explain about complete skillset and tell if you hire me ,I am able to work on this many areas from day1 on words 

4)What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement?

Explain about your own achievement , any award , cash prize or appreciations from your client or you Managers etc....

5)Why do you want to leave your current Job?

Explain your own reason , looking for different environment , good sal or night shifts etc..

6)What kind of work environment do you like best?

Mine is always either fully controlled or full freedom environment . 
Fully controlled means everything credit or good or bad not effecting you needs to do what they assigned , fully freedoms vice-versa , your the responsible for all prices and cons

7) Tell me toughest decision you had to make in your career till now?

Time to time it is getting changed, mine is while working with Microsoft 

8)What is your leadership style?

Learning newthings from existing system

9)What do you like to do outside of  work?

 Reading the books, playing with my kids and  blogging

10) What really drives results in this Job?

I am always believe,  desire is paramount to results

11)How did you handle disagreements with your leads or supervisors , Managers?

Best answer is  communication
 
Explain the disagreement.

What are plans you have to overcome.

If something you missed frankly told this, I missed this may be  this was the reason for disagreement.

12)What is current CTC, How much your expecting?

For this question first know about  market trends on your skillset depends on demand ask good percentage., shouldn't think like if I ask more how they are feeling, irrespective of your asking they will tell you how much they are able to offer,. So that asking more only nothing happen , they cannot close the call immiadetly so that don't bother.

Consider health insurance and variable pay etc
