Return To Office update,
Most of the companies planned RTO to 2022 January, but unfortunately omicron variant cases increase a lot in USA and other countries, so that again they changed RTO plans. As from trusted sources CTS planning RTO in April 2022, in three modes:Work from home, work from Client Site and Work from office. TCS , started RTO bit in December 2021 but due to this omicron variant they changed plans. TCS not expecting 100% RTO of employees up to 2025.
If RTO started also , work may be in hybrid mode : 3 days from office , 2 days from the place where they comfort and vice versa.
Anyway depending on situation decisions may change.
